Start/End Date. This Agreement and all obligations of the Parties hereunder, shall become effective as of the date hereof. Contractor’s EPS in respect of each Account shall begin on the first meter-read date of the first such Account on or after May 1, 2022 (‘Start Date’) and, subject to the remainder of this Section 3.1, shall expire on the first meter-read date of the last such Account after April 30, 2023/2024/2025 (“Expiration Date”). If there is no mutual agreement to extend beyond the Expiration Date and the State has not actively switched service for the Accounts to another Competitive Electric Power Supplier or to the LDC, this Agreement shall remain effective after the Expiration Date on a month-to-month basis (the “Holdover Period”) until this Agreement is terminated.

  • End Date Parental leave normally ends 35 weeks after the parental leave began for an employee who also took pregnancy leave or 37 weeks for an employee who did not take pregnancy leave.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.

  • Commencement Date The Subcontractor shall be permitted to begin the Services on , 20 (“Commencement Date”).

  • Inspection Period Buyer shall be under no obligation to purchase the Property or otherwise perform under this Agreement unless Buyer determines the Property to be, in all respects, suitable for its intended purposes. The Seller, at no expense, shall fully cooperate with Buyer in obtaining any and all approvals required from any Federal, State, or Local Government ("Governmental Approvals") necessary for Buyer to satisfy their needs during the Inspection Period for the suitability of the Property. Said Governmental Approvals shall be obtained during the Inspection Period unless the Parties agree otherwise. Any additional agreements related to this Section must be done in writing and attached to this Agreement.

  • Execution Date This Settlement Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the last date of execution by all of the undersigned.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Tax Periods Ending on or Before the Closing Date Buyer shall prepare or cause to be prepared and file or cause to be filed all Tax Returns for the Company and the Company Subsidiary for all periods ending on or prior to the Closing Date which are required to be filed (taking into account all extensions properly obtained) after the Closing Date.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider.   • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.
