  • During the Term of this Agreement, each Party will appoint (i) one of its employees (the “Service Manager”) who will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the delivery of the Management Services and who shall serve as such Party’s representative on the Operating Committee and (ii) one of its employees for each service as indicated in each Transition Services Schedule (the “Chief Representative”).

Related to Transition Services Schedule

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
