Interconnected Transmission Owner. The Transmission Owner to whose transmission facilities or distribution facilities Customer Interconnection Facilities are, or as the case may be, a Customer Facility is, being directly connected. When used in an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, the term may refer to a Transmission Owner whose facilities must be upgraded pursuant to the Facilities Study, but whose facilities are not directly interconnected with those of the Interconnection Customer.
Interconnected Transmission Owner. The Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities:

Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • Cut and loop in transmission line to new 69 kV substation (PJM network upgrade N7000) • Upgrade relays at remote ends • Install ADSS fiber optic cable in conduit to provide communication channels to the Interconnection Customer’s 69 kV breaker at new switching station. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, install metering control cable and meter cabinets. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, complete secondary wiring connections at the metering enclosure. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, supply a wireless modem for remote meter interrogation. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, provide, program, install, and own the primary and backup solid state multi-function meters for the new metering position.
Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following: Attachment Facilities
(1) One (1) 230 kV, 3000A, 3-phase center break gang operated switch;
(2) Three (3) 230 kV metering accuracy capacitive coupled transformers (CCVT);
(3) Three (3) 230 kV metering accuracy current transformers (CT); and
(4) Conductor, connectors, conduits, control cables, foundations, steel structures and grounding material as per engineering standards, extending from the new 230 kV switching station to the point of change of point of change with Interconnection Customer.
Interconnected Transmission Owner. None. The Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities:

Interconnected Transmission Owner. Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • Engineering oversight for the design and construction of the new Xxxx 138 kV Interconnection Substation and the portion of the generation lead transmission line from the new Xxxx 138 kV Interconnection Substation to the Point of Interconnection. (PJM Network Upgrade Number n7371) • Xxxxx Run – Circleville 138 kV – Construct 138 kV line extensions from the two (2) dead-end structures the existing Xxxxx Run – Circleville 138 kV line to the new Xxxx 138 kV Substation, and perform final connection of the 138 kV circuit to the new Xxxx 138 kV Substation. (PJM Network Upgrade n7372) • Upgrade line protection and controls at the Xxxxx Run 138 kV Station. (PJM Network Upgrade n7373) • Upgrade line protection and controls at the Circleville 138 kV Station. (1) Attachment Facilities: Engineering and construction oversight for Attachment Facilities subject to the Option to Build.
(2) Direct Connection Network Upgrades: Engineering and construction oversight for the new 230 kV three-breaker ring bus substation subject to the Option to Build. (PJM Network Upgrade Number N6795)
(3) Non-Direct Connection Network Upgrades:
a) Re-arrange the 2160 line to loop into and out of the new 230 kV three- breaker ring bus substation. (PJM Network Upgrade Number N6796)
b) Remote protection and communication work. (PJM Network Upgrade Number N6797)

Interconnected Transmission Owner. 1. AEP shall install line protection and controls at the new Guernsey 765 kV switching station. (Network Upgrade n5352)
2. AEP shall install fiber-optic Telecom equipment at Guernsey station, for SCADA functionality. (Network Upgrade n5354 and n5495)
3. AEP shall install a 69kV 3-way line switch (Capers Switch), connected to the Derwent-South Cumberland 69kV circuit. This would be used for primary station service power to Guernsey station. (Network Upgrade n5793)
4. AEP shall perform the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx 765 kV T-Line Cut In (Network Upgrade
5. AEP shall update seven (7) line protection and controls settings at AEP’s Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx 765kV substations to coordinate with the new Guernsey765 kV switching station due to the new generation being added. (Network Upgrade n5356 and n5357)
6. AEP shall install standard 765 kV metering at the new Guernsey station. A standard station communication scheme will be used. All metering equipment installed at the Guernsey switching station and the GPS LLC generating facility will meet the requirements as specified by AEP in the “AEP Metering and Telemetering Requirements for AEP Transmission Customers” document (SS- 490011).
