Common use of Standards Clause in Contracts

Standards. Seller shall assign personnel satisfactory to Buyer. Buyer may, for good cause shown in Buyer’s sole determination, require Seller to withdraw the services of any person and require that Seller promptly provide replacements for such person satisfactory to Buyer.
