Standard Work Day and Week. The standard work day for all regular full time employees (other than Residential Workers and Child Care Workers working in Employer Operated Shift-Model Homes and Facilities/Maintenance Lead) shall be six and three quarters (6.75) hours (exclusive of a one and one-quarter (1.25) hour lunch period.) The standard work week for all regular full time employees (other than Residential Workers and Child Care Workers working in Employer Operated Shift-Model Homes and Facilities/Maintenance Lead) shall be thirty-three and three-quarter (33.75) hours (exclusive of lunch periods) Monday to Friday inclusive.
Standard Work Day and Week. The standard work week for full-time employees, shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Sunday inclusive, during which period employees shall be granted two (2) consecutive days off, unless the WSCC and the affected employee mutually agree otherwise. Employees and the WSCC may mutually agree to ten (10) hour days up to four (4) days per week depending upon crew and scheduling requirements. The appropriate Union shall be notified in advance of any such arrangement. There is no guarantee of hours per day or per week for on-call categories.
Standard Work Day and Week. 7.01 In accordance with present policy and practice, the standard work day shall be eight (8) hours, which will include at least a one-half (1/2) hour paid lunch time and the standard work week shall be forty (40) hours. Each police officer shall be guaranteed at least two (2) consecutive days off in every seven (7) day period. When any of the above is not possible, payment for such time worked at overtime rates shall be made as specified in this agreement, the daily rate shall be 1/250 of the annual pay, and the hourly rate shall be 1/8 of the daily rate. Police officers called in for duty from off-duty status shall be compensated as follows: An officer called in to work shall be compensated a minimum of four (4) hours at the overtime rate. It is understood that this is not applicable if the officer was merely called in to report before the start of his regularly scheduled shift or to stay after the officer’s regularly scheduled shift.
