Standard Rehearsal. ‌ Standard rehearsals are those that take place before the first public performance of a production, when no member of the company is also performing at the Theatre.

Standard Rehearsal. Hours AMENDMENT The Artist's work day shall consist of not more than eight (8) out of nine -and-a-half (9½) consecutive hours comprising seven (7) hours of rehearsal and one (1) hour of classes. (See Clause 24:01(K)(i) and (ii).) There shall be a rest period of at least one (1) hour after a maximum four-and-a-half (4½) hour work period except where the expressed intent is to run through the play, in which case the rest period may take place following a maximum five -and-a-half (5½) hour work period. When at the break the company is in costume and/or make-up, the rest period shall consist of not less than one-and-a-half (1½) hours.
Standard Rehearsal. (B) Shortened Days COVID-19 AMENDMENT Rehearsal days may be reduced to only one (1) continuous call of five (5) hours. The requirements for breaks in Clause 24:03(C) or 53:02(A) shall be in effect. Prior to the start of rehearsals, these shortened days may be incorporated into the Season Schedule by the Festival provided that the Artist is informed of the inclusion of such days in a rider to their CTA Engagement Contract. During rehearsal, this option may be exercised by the Theatre, or the Director, with the consent of the Artists. Alternatively, this option may be exercised by the Artists, after a secret ballot by the Artists in the company and the Director, with no less than a two-thirds (2/3) majority in favour. The Theatre or the Director may elect to revert to standard rehearsal hours on twenty-two (22) hours’ notice. This secret ballot option may not be exercised more than once during a rehearsal period without the Theatre’s consent. Except with the agreement of the Theatre, this secret ballot option is not available in Theatres operating in repertory, or mixed companies, nor does it apply to the production week. Notwithstanding any of the above, Artists may be called to a fitting, class or coaching session prior to or following the shortened rehearsal day subject to the following conditions:

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Governing Board Reporting (a) The School shall notify the Commission within 14 business days of any membership changes on the School’s Governing Board.
