Engagement Contract definition

Engagement Contract means any contract for the engagement of an Insured Member approved by the Canadian Actors’ Equity Association for work within their jurisdiction and for which premiums are required.
Engagement Contract means (i) any constitutional or governing instruments of the Administered Body that includes the terms of the provision of the Services and/or (ii) any agreement in writing entered into between Pavilion and the Client relating to the terms of the provision of the Services and/or (iii) any letter (and any attachments including these Terms and Conditions) sent to the Client which sets out the contractual terms between Pavilion and the Client relating to the provision of the Services;
Engagement Contract means the Engagement Contract (Restaurant Partner) signed by the Restaurant which forms part of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Engagement Contract

Engagement Contract means the letter of engagement or Statement of Work and enclosures (including these Terms of Business) sent to you which set out the basis of our contract with you. An Engagement Contract includes any agreement arising under the provisions of clause 1.10.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;
