ADDENDA. All Addenda issued prior to bid date adjust, modify, or change the drawings and specifications as set forth in the Addenda. No Addenda will be issued within five days of the date set for opening bids without an extension of the bid date. All such Addenda are part of the contract.

ADDENDA. Housing rules and regulations appearing in the most recent Student Code of Conduct and Honor Code, University Housing Handbook or revisions as may be periodically instituted by University Housing are made a part of this agreement.
ADDENDA. The City may issue addenda to this ITB as necessary. All addenda are incorporated into the Contract. The bidder is responsible for determining whether addenda were issued prior to a bid submission. Failure to respond to or properly address addenda may result in rejection of a bid.
