Staff Initiated. 2.2.1. All support staff that wish to transfer must complete an online application in the applicant tracking system in order to be eligible for transfer. This will allow each supervisor to electronically review the application in order to consider them for the position.

Staff Initiated. 1. Up to three (3) professional days may be granted to each employee for the purpose of professional/technical improvement that may involve visiting other schools or attending meetings, workshops, or conferences of an educational/technical nature with prior approval of the employee's principal/director/coordinator, the Superintendent, and the Board of Education. These days may be used towards an employee's annual professional improvement obligation, if applicable. The approval shall not be arbitrarily withheld.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.
