Fueling. School bus drivers shall be paid on the basis of each run being assigned the time from the yard departure until the return to the yard, plus the allowance provided above. An additional allowance will be paid for any additional circle checks that may be required.
Fueling. It is agreed the employees who fuel the air ground support equipment, which includes tugs, k-loaders, belt loaders, main deck loaders, ground power equipment, etc, will be under the jurisdiction of Local 623. This fueling work for the ground support equipment will become part of the air ramp assigned crews responsibility. The Company agrees that, when in the future, we have the fueling facilities, tanks and equipment available to fuel aircraft, we will agree that aircraft fueling will be under Local 623's jurisdiction. The Company agrees that, if in the future, fueling of aircraft is expanded to include other outside carriers; this work will be under the jurisdiction of Local 623 which may increase the number of full time inside air jobs.
Fueling. Full receptacles (gas caddy, fuel jugs, gas cans, etc.) of gas will not be permitted to be stored on site. Failure to observe this safety precaution will result in immediate eviction. GARBAGE: Waste receptacles can be found near high traffic areas around marina. AII waste must be well wrapped in paper or plastic for disposal. No loose garbage or waste permitted. The use of plastic bags will be appreciated. Dumpster is for normal daily refuse only. There will be an additional charge for large items such as cushions, sails, old tanks, etc. MARINA must be contacted prior to discarding these large items. GATE / GATE CLICKER: All OWNERS will be provided with (1) gate key or clicker upon providing a key deposit. Should OWNER find gate suspiciously open, suspicious activity or presence at the MARINA, please contact the local authorities and/or MARINA manager. Violation of this paragraph may result in eviction as the safety of the marina property, its vessels, owners and guests is of the utmost priority. Gate key replacement cost is $25.00 and clicker replacement cost will be $50.00. No person may transfer or loan a key or clicker from an individual entrusted with its possession to an unauthorized person, or be in unauthorized possession of a key or clicker. Keys or clickers in the possession of an unauthorized person will be confiscated. Gate is to be opened/closed for OWNER’s vehicle and/or vessel only. OWNER is NOT to be open gate for anyone including other OWNERS. Gate must be kept closed at all times unless opened for official MARINA business in which case you will see a MARINA attendant on site. GUESTS AND VISITORS: While guests and visitors are welcome, it is the responsibility of the OWNER to inform them of our regulations. All vessel OWNERS are responsible for their own and their guest's conduct. No OWNER or guest will be permitted to cause a disturbance or annoy others. Common sense and good judgment are the rules to follow. Guest parking is outside the marina property. No guest (non-tenant) will be allowed to launch their own vessel on marina property. At this time, ramp is for tenant use only. Some exceptions may be made but office must be contacted prior to arrival for booking information, completion of necessary paperwork and payment of fees.

Fueling. The Contractor shall provide for a fueling facility equipped with low sulfur diesel and gasoline pumps, or Contractor shall make arrangements with a subcontractor for such a facility. The low sulfur diesel fuel must meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards for transit buses.
Fueling. Effective upon ratification of this Agreement, driveaway drivers will be paid fifteen (15) minutes for each required fueling. All compensated fuel stops must be properly logged and documented on driver check-in sheet with all fuel receipts attached. Fueling. BATC shall prepare a fueling plan and the procedures required for fueling the Satellite using an appropriate fueling cart. BATC shall prepare the fueling equipment for hydrazine loading operations and package for shipment to the launch site. BATC shall be responsible for a single fuel loading operation unless multiple fuelings are required due to reasons under BATC’s control. BATC shall provide all required consumables, propellant, safety training, and safety equipment including SCAPE gear required to effectively and safely perform satellite fueling operations. DigitalGlobe shall arrange for disposal of all hazardous wastes and any excess materials through its Launch Services provider. BATC shall provide support to the launch vehicle/range contractor as required to respond to range specific requirements as they pertain to the handling of the hydrazine operations. Fueling. No fueling of any aircraft may be conducted while any part of the aircraft is in the hangar. All self-fueling of aircraft shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable FAA rules and regulations and the Lansing Municipal Code.
Fueling. Bus drivers will not be required to gas buses on a regular basis. If a driver is assigned the responsibility for fueling all of the bus fleet, the rate shall be $15.94 per day.
