Space and Office Services. A Company, from time to time and at different times, may permit another Company to occupy certain space at specific locations owned or leased by Company. At particular locations, certain office services, including without limitation, receptionist, telecommunications, and photocopying services, may be included in the occupancy arrangement. Because additional locations and services may be requested and provided and locations and services may be changed or canceled, locations, services and the compensation for them are as set forth in Exhibit "B", as amended from time to time, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

There is no requirement that a Company must occupy any particular space for any particular period of time. Pursuant to Recital F, above, Westcorp shall reimburse other Companies for, or shall be directly responsible for, all direct costs incurred by a Company on behalf of WII for the benefit of Westcorp. Pursuant to Recital G, above, WFS shall reimburse other Companies for, or shall be directly responsible for, all direct costs incurred by a Company on behalf of WFAL, WFAL2, and WFSII for the benefit of WFS.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to the terms of this Exhibit and Licensee's payment of all Maintenance fees, MyECheck will provide the following:

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Building Services To install, use and maintain through the Premises, pipes, conduits, wires and ducts serving the Building, provided that such installation, use and maintenance does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (e) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.

  • Legal Services Legal services and expenses in connection with the affairs of the Trust, including registering and qualifying its shares with regulatory authorities;

  • Specific Services Without limiting the generality of the Services to be provided as set forth above, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will provide the following specific services:

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.
