Severability of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be judicially determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Severability of this Agreement. In the event that any provision of this Agreement becomes or is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect without said provision and the parties agree to replace such provision with a valid and enforceable provision that will achieve, to the extent possible, the economic, business and other purposes of such provisions; provided that no such severability will be effective against a party if it materially and adversely changes the economic benefits of this Agreement to such party.

Should any provision of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable due to its inconsistency with the relevant laws, such provision shall be invalid only to the extent within the scope of the related jurisdiction, and shall not affect the legal effect of the other provisions hereof.

If, however, any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any such law or regulation in any jurisdiction, it shall, as to such jurisdiction, be deemed modified to conform to the minimum requirements of such law or regulation, or, if for any reason it is not deemed so modified, it shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or limitation on enforceability without affecting the remaining provisions of this Agreement, or the validity, legality, or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Severability of this Agreement. In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Furthermore the court shall have the power to replace the invalid or unenforceable part or provision with a provision that accomplishes, to the extent possible, the original business purpose of such part or provision in a valid and enforceable manner. Such replacement shall apply only with respect to the particular jurisdiction in which the adjudication is made.
Severability of this Agreement. If any terms hereunder disagree with relevant laws and therefore become invalid or unenforceable, such terms shall be deemed as invalid within the jurisdiction of relevant laws and shall not affect the legal force of other terms hereof.
Severability of this Agreement. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, the Parties agree to renegotiate such provision in good faith. In the event that the Parties cannot reach a mutually agreeable and enforceable replacement for such provision, then (i) such provision shall be excluded from this Agreement, (ii) the balance of the Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and (iii) the balance of the Agreement shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.
Severability of this Agreement. If this Agreement shall be deemed or held to be invalid of unenforceable or shall terminate with respect to any Series, such invalidity, unenforceability or termination shall not have any effect on this Agreement as it applied to other Series and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect with regard to such other Series.
