Service Bulletin Kits. All vendors' and manufacturers' service bulletin kits ordered for the Aircraft but not installed therein shall be returned with the Aircraft, as part of the Aircraft at the time of return, and shall be loaded by Lessee on board the Aircraft as cargo.

Service Bulletin Kits. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall from time to time request, and shall install or retain in storage, all SB kits relating to the Aircraft, any Engine or any Part which are available to Lessee at no cost other than shipping and handling costs. If any “no cost” period lapses without Lessee acquiring such kit, Lessee shall be obligated to acquire such kit at the manufacturer’s then cost for such kit.
Service Bulletin Kits. Have all service bulletins for which kits have been received or manufactured by Lessee for the Aircraft, in each case, at least 120 days prior to the Return installed on the Aircraft prior to Return (with all other such kits received or manufactured by Lessee after such time to be shipped by commercial carrier to a location specified by Lessor).
Service Bulletin Kits. All vendors and manufacturers Service Bulletin Kits for the Aircraft obtained by Lessee (or, if a Permitted Sublease is then in effect, any Permitted Sublessee) free of charge but not installed therein shall be returned with the Aircraft, as part of the Aircraft at the time of return.
Service Bulletin Kits. At or upon this return of the Aircraft, Sublessee shall deliver to Sublessor, at no cost to Sublessor, all Service Bulletin Kits furnished without charge by a manufacturer for installation on the Aircraft which have not been so installed. Sublessee shall load such kits on board the Aircraft as cargo prior to the Aircraft departure unless restricted by large size or hazardous material regulations. In the event such Service Bulletin Kits were purchased or manufactured by Sublessee, Sublessor shall have the exclusive right to purchase such kits at Sublessee’s actual cost for a period of 30 days after such return and the non-exclusive right so to purchase such kits thereafter.
