TIME OF RETURN. Customer right of possession terminates on the expiration of the rental period and retention of possession after this time constitutes a material breach of Customer’s obligations under this contract. Time is of the essence in this agreement. Any extension must, at Rental Center’s election be mutually agreed upon in writing.
TIME OF RETURN. Items remaining in the locker past the date of the contract will be donated.
TIME OF RETURN. A unit member returning from child care leave shall resume duty at the beginning of a regular school year unless a position is open at another time. In order to qualify under this section, the unit member must make application to the Human Resources office by February 15.

However, if the employee begins leave five (5) or more weeks (twenty-six work days or more) prior to the end of the semester, and the period of leave is more than three (3) weeks (sixteen work days or more), then the Employer may require the employee to wait until the beginning of the next semester to return. Retention of possession after this date constitutes a material breach of this Rental Agreement. Time is of the essence of this Rental Agreement. Any extension of this Rental Agreement must be approved by Rotisserie Bbqs Inc. If the equipment is not available for any reason whatsoever, Rotisserie Bbqs Inc. may retake said equipment without further notice or legal process and use whatever force is reasonably necessary to do so.

It is under- stood there will be instances which require extension of this agreement however, any extension must be mutually agreed upon prior to the expiration of the rental period.
TIME OF RETURN. C. All requests for formal release from contractual obligations during the months of July and August must be made in writing to the Superintendent of Schools.
TIME OF RETURN. Time is the essence of this contract since the radios may be promised to others. Extensions must be approved at least 24-hours in advance of the expiration date. Equipment is expected to be shipped back to rf Services within 24 hours of the expiration date of the rental. The Radio Dealer will pay the freight charges to ship the equipment back to rf Services.
