TIME OF RETURN. Customer’s right to possession terminates on the expiration of the rental period and retention of possession after this time constitutes a material breach of this contract. Time is the essence of this contract. Any extension must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
TIME OF RETURN. Items remaining in the locker past the date of the contract will be donated.
TIME OF RETURN. A unit member returning from child care leave shall resume duty at the beginning of a regular school year unless a position is open at another time. In order to qualify under this section, the unit member must make application to the Human Resources office by February 15.

Any extension of this Rental Agreement must be approved by Rotisserie Bbqs Inc. If the equipment is not available for any reason whatsoever, Rotisserie Bbqs Inc. may retake said equipment without further notice or legal process and use whatever force is reasonably necessary to do so.

TIME OF RETURN. The employee shall return at the beginning of a normally contracted school year for their employment category, unless a contrary time has been agreed to by the employee and the District prior to the commencement of the employee’s leave.

However, if the employee begins leave five (5) or more weeks (twenty-six work days or more) prior to the end of the semester, and the period of leave is more than three (3) weeks (sixteen work days or more), then the Employer may require the employee to wait until the beginning of the next semester to return.
