Security Location definition

Security Location means (i) each of the premises rented or owned by the Transferor as described in more detail in Schedule 1 hereto, and in case of Schedule 1 Part 2 highlighted with a red border, and (ii) the Region (each a Security Location and together the Security Locations).
Security Location means the premises rented or owned by the Transferor as shaded by lines (schraffiert) in the plan attached in Schedule 1 hereto.
Security Location means the Premises and the New Premises.

  • A removal of Security Assets from the Security Location other than in accordance with Clause 10 (Disposal, processing and handling of Security Assets) of this Agreement or otherwise in the ordinary course of trading, including, for the avoidance of doubt, a temporary removal for necessary repairs to be undertaken, is only allowed with the prior written consent of the Transferee.

Related to Security Location

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Location as used in the Economic Load Response rules shall mean an end-use customer site as defined by the relevant electric distribution company account number. Locational Deliverability Area (LDA):

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
