Section 4.7. Association Bulletin Boards. 2 The District shall provide a bulletin board space in each school for the use of the Association. The 3 bulletins posted by the Association are the responsibility of the officials of the Association. Each 4 bulletin shall be signed by the Association official responsible for its posting. 5 Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be posted. The Association will have the right to use District 6 email for communications with its members. Association use of email is intended for scheduling of 7 meetings and general correspondence to individual or group members. The District will provide a 8 group email account for Association use. The Association agrees to abide by the District Acceptable 9 Use of Policy (AUP) related to internet and email use; and follow all rules, regulations, policies and 10 laws related to use of the email account. There shall be no other distribution or posting by employees 11 or the Association of pamphlets, advertising, political matters, notices of any kind, or literature on 12 District property, other than herein provided.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
