Section 16.2.1. 29 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 30 terms and conditions of Article XVII, Section 17.3. Should the date of execution of this 31 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 32 to the effective date.
Section 16.2.1. 30 This Agreement shall be reopened annually to renegotiate Schedule A.
Section 16.2.1. 34 Step movement shall be on the anniversary of the employee’s hire date. If the anniversary of 35 the employee’s hire date falls after the monthly payroll cutoff, the step increase shall be applied 36 in the following month, retroactive to the anniversary date. 37
Section 16.2.1. 2 The restoration of longevity also applies to former Xxxxx School District employees returning 3 to employment with the Xxxxx School District.
Section 16.2.1. 16 For the 2017-2018 school year, all rates on Schedule A shall be increased by the Cost of Living 17 Adjustment (COLA) of two-point three percent (2.3%) with the cost of increment not deducted. 19 This Agreement shall be reopened annually to renegotiate Schedule A.
Section 16.2.1. 15 Payday will be the last business day of the month.
Section 16.2.1. 24 The parties acknowledge that any payment of increments or salary increases shall be limited to the 25 extent allowable by the State. If any action in this unit has the effect of placing the District in a 26 non-compliance situation or in violation of State salary limitations, the parties shall reopen the 27 contract to bring it into compliance.
Section 16.2.1. 39 Eligibility for salary schedule advancement will be based upon the employee’s years of 40 experience. Advancement from one step to another will occur only on September 1st. 41 Employees whose first day of work for the District occurred prior to March 1st of a year will be 42 credited with a year of employment for salary advancement purposes. Section 16.2.1. 21 At the beginning of each school year, employees who have completed at least one-half (½) of their 22 position’s work year the prior school year will be granted one year of experience toward the next 23 higher step on Schedule A for that position. Paid leave days shall count as days completed for the 24 purposes of this section.
