Section 1.2. Exclusion contained herein shall be construed to include in the bargaining unit any person whose duties 12 as deputy, administrative assistant, or secretary necessarily imply a confidential relationship to the 13 board of directors or superintendent of the District pursuant to RCW 41.56.030 (2).
