Section 24A. 1 The Employee Performance Review System (EPRS) shall permit variations in format between various departments and agencies. There shall be no variation in format within the same Department/Agency for the same job titles. Any format must meet the following criteria (subject to formal promulgation under M.G.L. c. 31, sections 4 and 6A):

Section 24A. 3 The parties agree to establish a MOSES/Management committee to review and make recommendations to revise the Performance Evaluation Guidelines/Form. Said committee shall consist of four representatives selected by MOSES and four representatives selected by HRD.
Section 24A. 6 Nothing in this Article is intended to restrict the Employer’s ability to discipline, demote or discharge any employee, for performance related issues during the EPRS cycle consistent with Article 23.1.
Section 24A. 1 In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 767 of the Acts of 1981, there shall be established a performance evaluation system for all employees covered by this Agreement. Said system shall permit variations in format within and between various departments and agencies. However, any format must meet the following criteria (subject to formal promulgation under M.G.L. Chapter 31, §§.4 and 6A): All employee evaluations shall be in writing and shall be included in the employee's official personnel file. XXXXX shall be notified should the employee lack English proficiency to understand the evaluation and its process. Evaluations shall be completed by the employee's immediate supervisor and be approved by a supervisor of a higher grade designated by the appointing authority (except in cases of potential conflict of interest or other legitimate reasoning).
Section 24A. Section 2.4(a) of the Business Combination Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the last sentence in its entirety with the following: “In addition, each holder of Company Options (whether vested or unvested) as of the date of this Agreement will have the right to receive, with respect to each Company Common Share issuable pursuant to such holder’s Company Options as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, a number of Dragoneer Shares issuable as Company Earnout Shares pursuant to Section 2.7; provided that if such holder’s employment or service with the Surviving Company or its Affiliate terminates prior to the later of (1) the vesting date of the applicable Company Option and (2) the occurrence of a Company Triggering Event, the right of such holder to receive his or her applicable number of Company Earnout Shares will be forfeited, and such forfeited number of Company Earnout Shares shall be allocated pro rata among the other holders of Company Options entitled to receive Company Earnout Shares pursuant to Section 2.7.”
Section 24A. Section 2.4(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “FIFTEEN MILLION DOLLARS ($15,000,000)” and replacing it with “FIVE MILLION ($5,000,000)”.

  • Section 5.1 24 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for negotiation between the District and the 25 Association are matters relating to or affecting wages, hours, grievance procedures and general working 26 conditions of employees in the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.

  • Section 6.2 33 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with 34 officials of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and 35 investigate to conclusion complaints or grievances of employees and thereafter advise employees of 36 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 37 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 38 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. The Association may consult 39 with the District on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.5 7 The President of the Association and designated representatives may be provided time off without loss 8 of pay to a maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend local, regional or State meetings when the 9 purpose of those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District 10 administration.

  • Section 3.3 36 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 37 other persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 38 District as hereinafter provided. 39

  • Section 4.3 18 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 19 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.
