SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY GENSLER. B.1 Basic Services. to include but not be limited to: Task 1: Project Management – the Gensler team will meet with the client on a biweekly (every other week) basis. Gensler will develop agendas for the conference calls, provide content for review, summarize the conclusions from the calls, and next steps for work going forward. • Deliverables: meeting agendas, presentations, summary conclusions, next steps Task 2: Conceptual Design Options Exploration – the Gensler team will develop a series of design concepts (up to three (3)) and conceptual material and landscape choices for the key elements of the forecourt. Concepts would be developed as a series of hand sketches, diagrams, and reference images. These would include trellis structures, types of seating, paving materials, cueing, and other issues as appropriate. • Deliverables: plans, elevations, 3-D massing, and concept materials showing options for discussion Task 3: Design Refinement – the Gensler team will develop a set of drawings that includes site plan, perspective views, patron calculations, trellis architecture (elevations, plans) and material choices, packaged in a final concept package in .pdf format. • Deliverable: final concept package to include the following: o Schematic Site Plan o Programming Capacity Study Plan Diagrams o Schematic Elevations o Sketch 3D View o Identification of primary materials and conceptual development of pedestrian level strategies (ground treatment, furnishings, landscape) Task 4: City Council Presentations – the Gensler team will create and make presentations to City Council and the community online, as needed. Not to exceed three (3) meetings total. • Deliverable: up to three (3) presentations to City Council and the community (online).

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
