Key Elements definition

Key Elements means all or any of the following: (i) themes and/or characters based on motion pictures and/or television programs; (ii) cartoon characters; (iii) comic strip and/or comic book characters; (iv) themes and/or characters based upon children’s literature which are extensively developed to the degree they are significantly associated with motion pictures and/or television programs. The termSimilar Theme Park” means a theme park where the primary thematic content is based upon one or more Key Elements, individually or in the aggregate and has an area in excess of 50 acres. The term “Other UniCo Park” means any Similar Theme Park (other than in the State of Florida) in which an equity interest is held by UniCo or any of its affiliates.
Key Elements means the key elements of the HUBs and the NCS as set forth on Schedules 1.8(a) and 1.8(b) attached hereto, respectively.
Key Elements means the key elements of the HUB and NCS as set forth on the Schedule 2(a).

  • You grant to 3 Key Elements and its authorized representatives permission to record Your participation using recording devices of any kind including photography, video, and/or audiovisual technology; and consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

  • You expressly acknowledge that You have read and understand this Agreement in its entirety, and You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any modifications to this Agreement or additional policies incorporated by reference, which 3 Key Elements may make by notifying You or by posting a new Agreement online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Such notice will contain a brief explanation of evaluation procedures and will include a copy of the Standards, the Key Elements, the Performance Evaluation Rubric (herein referred to as the Rubric) for determining whether or not the Key Elements have been met, and a sample copy of documents and forms to be used.

  • The term “Similar Theme Park” means a theme park where the primary thematic content is based upon one or more Key Elements, individually or in the aggregate and has an area in excess of 50 acres.

  • Key Elements • The University agrees that it will establish a RHSP (Retiree Health Savings Plan) under IRS code 501(c)(9) for new staff members hired into the bargaining unit after January 1, 2012 who reach age 65 and 15 years of benefits-eligible service.

Key Elements. Provision of servers, workstations, application software (if any), operating system software and support.
