Scope of Services Background. Summary of Procurement The Town of Longmeadow currently has an underground storage tank (UST) at both the Blueberry Hill Elementary School and the Wolf Swamp Elementary School. The UST were formerly used to store heating oil for on-site consumptive use at each of the respective schools. Under the Scope of this Contract, the Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of the UST(s) and associated equipment and restore the site in accordance with the requirements of this IFWR, the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), 310 CMR 40.00, 310 CMR 80.00 Underground Storage Tank Systems, and 520 CMR 14,00 Excavation Trench Safety. In the event that contaminated soil is discovered, excavation, transportation, and disposal of contaminated soil shall be performed in accordance with requirements described in Section C. Personnel from the Town of Longmeadow will be on site during the Work to collect soil samples with the assistance of the Contractor. The TM recommended a series of projects to xxxxx sanitary sewer overflows occurring in the Gulpha Basin of the wastewater collection and conveyance system. This scope of work outlines professional services for the project outlined in the TM titled ‘New Pump Station’ for the Full Conveyance with Single Force Main Alternative with an estimated capital cost $5,100,000.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
