Schematic Design Drawings. Schematic Design Drawings means, at a minimum, a site development plan, building plans, elevations, sections, and perspective sketches sufficient to convey comprehensive design intent.

Schematic Design Drawings. A schedule for completion of any necessary Schematic/Design Drawings incident to the Program;
Schematic Design Drawings. Redeveloper shall prepare Schematic Drawings for the Phase One Redeveloper Public Improvements and the Phase Two Redeveloper Public Improvements to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Redevelopment Project Site. The Schematic Drawings shall show all Redeveloper Public Improvements for each phase be made on the Redevelopment Project Site as each Phase proceeds. The Schematic Drawings of the Redeveloper Public Improvements shall be submitted to the City for approval and shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Urban Development and Public Works department for conformance with the Project, the Redevelopment Plan, and this Agreement. Such Schematic Drawings shall also be submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission for its review and approval.
Schematic Design Drawings. If Development involving Work is commenced on the Breakwater Island Casino-Hotel Complex or the Site, the Trustee shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable, upon the completion of that Work submit to the Chief Executive amended Schematic Design Drawings that incorporate the Work.
Schematic Design Drawings. In accordance with the Plan Schedule, Developer, at its cost and expense, shall submit to Town for its review the Schematic Design Drawings for the Project and the Garage and Public Infrastructure Budget. Within ten (10) days after the Town receives the Schematic Design Drawings, Town shall deliver to Developer written notice that it approves or rejects the Schematic Design Drawings and the Garage and Public Infrastructure Budget; provided that, if Town rejects all or any part of the Schematic Design Drawings or the Garage and Public Infrastructure Budget, then such notice shall: (i) specify the part or parts that Town is rejecting; and (ii) include the specific basis for such rejection. Upon approval of all the Schematic Design Drawings, the Schematic Design Drawings shall be deemed to be final.
Schematic Design Drawings. Developer shall prepare and submit to City Schematic Design Drawings for the Improvements in each Phase within the time established in the Schedule of Performance. The Schematic Design Drawings shall be a logical evolution of, and consistent with, the previously approved Concept Design Drawings, and shall include the following: (i) complete schematic site plan for the Phase, indicating final building placement; (ii) right-of-way improvements, including street trees, sidewalks, streetlights, street furniture, street lighting, etc.; (iii) complete schematic exterior elevations; (iv) typical building sections; and (v) complete parking layout and program.
