Schematic Drawings definition

Schematic Drawings shall generally include, without limitation, the following: (a) a site plan at appropriate scale showing relationships of the improvements and installations with the buildings and exterior areas on the SFGH campus, and designating public access areas, open space areas, walkways, loading areas and adjacent uses; and (b) plans and elevations sufficient to describe the proposal, including the general architectural character, the location and size of the proposed improvements and installations, and a description of the materials to be used. The Schematic Drawings shall show improvements and installations that conform to the Narrative Description. The Director or his or her designee shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove, the Schematic Drawings (including any resubmitted Schematic Drawings) in writing. If the Director or his or her designee disapproves the Schematic Drawings, the notice of disapproval shall include a statement of the reasons for the disapproval. The Director or his or her designee shall not unreasonably withhold or condition approval. Licensee shall respond promptly to any objections of the Director to the Schematic Drawings and shall resubmit revised Schematic Drawings prepared or caused to be prepared by Licensee. The Schematic Drawings, as finally approved in writing by the Director or his or her designee, shall be referred to herein as the "Final Schematic Drawings." Following approval of the Final Schematic Drawings, Licensee shall prepare of cause to be prepared and shall furnish to the Director working drawings and specifications that shall show improvements and installation that conform to the Final Schematic Drawings (except to the extent specifically noted therein or in accompanying specifications) that comply with law and which shall be in sufficient detail so as to enable the general contractor performing the work to obtain all necessary governmental permits for construction of the desired improvements and installations. The Director or his or her designee shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove, the working drawings and specifications in writing, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned. Licensee shall respond promptly to any objections of the Director to the working drawings and shall resubmit revised working drawings prepared or cause to be prepared by Licensee, and such resubmitted plans shall clearly indicate which portions of the plans are revised and which portions of the plans...
Schematic Drawings means plans identifying spaces, elevations, site plans, plot plans, topographical plans, and plans showing the location of the proposed project in relationship to other properties and as defined in the Final Project Program and as referred to in Article 4. Said plans and drawings shall bear the seal of an architect registered in Missouri, if so required by applicable Law.
Schematic Drawings means conceptual drawings in sufficient detail to describe a development proposal.

More Definitions of Schematic Drawings

Schematic Drawings means the schematic drawings prepared by Landlord for the Base Building Improvements, which consist of a single line general layout of the Base Building Improvements, including a depiction of the roof, the exterior elevation of the Building, and a schematic site plan, all without final dimensions, provided the major building dimensions, such as building exterior envelopes and column bay sizes, as shown on the Schematic Drawings have been agreed upon, and can be relied upon by Landlord in preparing the Base Building Plans, and by Tenant in preparing its Space Plan. "Site Plan" shall mean the Site Plan for development of the Project, to be prepared by Landlord and submitted to the Township for approval. "Space Plan" shall mean a preliminary, detailed single line space plan for the construction of the Tenant Improvements to each floor of the Premises, indicating or including (i) a floor layout for each floor of the Premises, (ii) the location and dimensions of interior Tenant partitions for each floor, (iii) a reflective ceiling plan as necessary to prepare sprinkler shop drawings for submission to the fire xxxxxxxx, (iv) a preliminary electrical and HVAC distribution plan, (v) a systems furniture layout, and (vi) any other special and/or long lead time requirements then known to Tenant. "Steel Erection Completion" shall mean the date upon which Landlord shall have substantially completed the erection of the structural steel frame of the Building consistent with the Approved Base Building Plans. "Steel Erection Completion Deadline" shall mean August 31, 2002, provided that the Steel Erection Completion Deadline shall be extended one (1) day for each day of actual delay in achieving Steel Erection Completion occurring as a result of any Force Majeure or Tenant Delays (using the same principles for determining the duration of such extension as are applicable to extensions of the Penalty Date due to such cases, as set forth in the definition of the term "Penalty Date"). "Substantial Completion", "substantially complete" and phrases of a similar nature shall mean, with regard to particular work, completion of the applicable work in accordance with the C-5

Schematic Drawings means the Schematic Design Drawings of the Project, as prepared by the Architect, which are incorporated herein by this reference solely for purposes of the general description and location of planned improvements.
