Exterior Elevations Clause Samples

The 'Exterior Elevations' clause defines the requirements and standards for the visual and structural aspects of a building's exterior as depicted in architectural drawings. It typically specifies how the exterior faces of the building should appear, including details such as materials, finishes, window and door placements, and architectural features. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear and consistent understanding of the intended external appearance of the project, helping to prevent disputes or misunderstandings regarding design expectations and compliance with planning approvals.
