Schedule of Performance definition

Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

Schedule of Performance means that certain Schedule of Performance attached hereto as Attachment No. 4, setting out the dates and/or time periods by which certain obligations set forth in this Agreement must be accomplished. The Schedule of Performance is subject to revision from time to time as mutually agreed upon in writing between the Developer and the Authority. The Authority authorizes the Executive Director to make such revisions to the Schedule of Performance as he/she deems reasonably necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.

Schedule of Performance means the document attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 5.

• When requested by the Consultant, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days cumulatively.
