Schedule of Performance definition

Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

Schedule of Performance means the Schedule of Performance attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Schedule of Performance means the document attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 5.

Examples of Schedule of Performance in a sentence

• Changes to the Scope of Work will be effected by written change orders, which will detail the addition, deduction, or other changes to the Scope of Work, as well as the adjustments to the GMP and/or the Schedule of Performance.

• Furthermore, the Designated City Representative will make every effort to issue the Notice to Proceed before noon (local time) on April 23, 2009; however, if the Notice to Proceed is not issued by such deadline, then all dates shown in Exhibit C – Schedule of Performance shall be extended the same number of days that occur between April 23, 2009 and the actual date that the Notice to Proceed is issued.

• Program Manager shall be responsible for complying with the Schedule of Performance, to cause to be delivered to City in a timely manner all design work necessary for the implementation of the Project, to assure that all construction work is bid or negotiated in accordance with the public bidding requirements approved by City and to oversee its Construction Manager's supervision of all Contractors as set forth in the Project Documents, as well as any exhibits attached hereto.

• The Designated City Representative will make every effort to issue a written Notice to Proceed to Program Manager no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on April 23, 2010; however, if the Notice to Proceed is not issued by such deadline, then all dates shown in Exhibit C – Schedule of Performance shall be extended the same number of days that occur between April 23, 2010 and the actual date that the Notice to Proceed is issued.

More Definitions of Schedule of Performance

Schedule of Performance means the Schedule of Performance attached hereto as Attachment No. 4 and incorporated herein by reference, setting out the dates and/or time periods by which certain obligations set forth in this Agreement must be accomplished. The Schedule of Performance is subject to Section 602 and revision from time to time as mutually agreed upon in writing between the Developer and the Director, and the Director is authorized to make such revisions as he or she deems reasonably necessary.

Schedule of Performance means the document describing the schedule by which construction and development of the Project will occur, attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by this reference.
