Schedule of Deliverables and Milestone Payments. If Lump Sum Basis Pricing Methodology is used, after consultation with the Judicial Council Project Manager, provide a list of designated Deliverable(s) and the amount to be paid upon acceptance of each such Deliverable that has been agreed to by both Parties. The Judicial Council does not pay for Services in advance and no milestone payment will be tied to initiation of the Work.
