In addition, environmental services may act as a project manager if external contractors are brought in. Environmental services charge $60 per hour, plus materials if needed.   • Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Compensation for Consulting Services For each quarter (i.e., three-month period) that Executive provides consulting services to MediciNova pursuant to the option of MediciNova contained in Section 9 above, MediciNova shall pay Executive a sum equal to fifteen percent (15%) of Executive’s annual Base Compensation which shall be applicable at the time of Executive’s termination of employment with MediciNova (prorated for any period of less than a quarter). The parties expressly agree that when Executive is performing consulting services for MediciNova, Executive is acting as an independent contractor.   • PROJECT SERVICES Landlord shall furnish services as follows:

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Counseling Services Counseling services are available to Residents through the UC Health Employee Assistance Program. In addition, residents may utilize their health insurance coverage to access mental health care under the terms and conditions of their health care insurance provider.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
