Salary Protection Insurance. 3. Professional Employees wishing to participate in the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan offered to Professional Employees shall complete the online open enrollment benefits process during the prescribed Open Enrollment period each year. The accuracy and timely submission of this benefit information is solely the responsibility of the Professional Employee. Each Professional Employee agrees to hold the District harmless from any failure on their part to submit the online enrollment in a timely fashion.
