Safety Waiver. If during performance of the Turnkey Services a condition is discovered at the work site that, in the sole judgment of PG&E (a) represents an extreme safety hazard to its workers or other personnel, or (b) may cause operational failure of equipment at the site or damage to other equipment being served by the site, PG&E will immediately notify Customer of such condition and the Turnkey Services necessary to remedy the condition. At PG&E’s sole discretion, it may either (a) suspend the Turnkey Services at that work site until such condition has been corrected to PG&E’s satisfaction, or (b) ask that Customer sign a written notification in the form of Exhibit A (Safety Waiver). If Customer fails or refuses to either remedy the condition or sign the Safety Waiver, as designated by PG&E, PG&E shall be entitled to continue or commence suspension of the Turnkey Services at that site and refer the matter to Dispute Resolution under Section III.C. PG&E will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of such suspension of Turnkey Services.

Safety Waiver. Every teacher and student must sign a standard BSW waiver. In addition, each teacher/RENTER must have his or her own personal waiver signed by each student. BSW will provide RENTER with a clear copy of the BSW waiver. RENTER will be held responsible for making photocopies of both the BSW waiver and RENTER’s own waiver. RENTER must turn in signed waivers for new students prior to the start of class.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS The undersigned (authorized official signing for the contracting organization) certifies that the contractor will, or will continue to, provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76 by:

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.

  • SAFETY PROVISIONS It is the essence of this Order that all Services to be performed by Seller shall be done in a safe and good workmanlike manner, free of any accidents. Accordingly, Seller shall promulgate, maintain, and enforce appropriate safety and health rules and procedures (including training) with respect to its personnel and the Work to be performed hereunder, which rules and procedures at a minimum shall be the equivalent of or exceed applicable Buyer safety and health rules. All Services performed hereunder shall fully comply with all lawful governmental safety and health requirements, including the rules and standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 ("OSHA"), as amended, and any other applicable federal, state and/or local safety or health laws, rules or regulations. Any equipment provided by Buyer to Seller for the benefit of Seller's employees or those of its subcontractors shall be at the sole risk and liability of Seller to make sure that such equipment is fit for the use intended and is in proper working order. XXXXXX AGREES TO INDEMNIFY (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) DEFEND, AND TO SAVE HARMLESS BUYER FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF SELLER, SELLER’S SUBCONTRACTORS, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT FURNISHED BY BUYER OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BUYER RELATING TO SUCH EQUIPMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IT BEING UNDERSTOOD THAT BUYER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER LAW, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. Seller shall maintain a drug and alcohol-free workforce at all times while on Xxxxx's premises/location. Upon Xxxxx's request, Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of all accident reports prepared by or submitted to Seller, including all OSHA illness and injury reports.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Safety and Compliance The Company commits to make all management and employees aware of all the changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. This should be done via training courses and or union seminars. The conducting of the training and or seminars shall be at times convenient to the company.

  • Safety Compliance Comply with Site safety programs, as they apply to RPR, and if required to do so by such safety programs, receive safety training specifically related to RPR’s own personal safety while at the Site.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Health and Safety Provisions The Employer shall continue to make and enforce provisions for the occupational health, safety, and security of employees. The Employer will respond to suggestions on the subject from the Union and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury and employment-related chronic illness.

  • Environmental and Social Standards 1. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Environmental and Social Standards, in a manner acceptable to the Association.
