Capacity to Contract. If the undersigned is an individual, he or she represents that he or she is over 21 years of age and has the capacity to execute, deliver and perform this Subscription Agreement.
Capacity to Contract. Manager has the capacity and authority to fulfill the obligations required of it hereunder and, to the best of Manager’s knowledge and belief, nothing prohibits or restricts the right or ability of Manager to carry out the terms hereof; and
Capacity to Contract. Medical Group has the capacity and authority to fulfill the obligations required of it hereunder and nothing prohibits or restricts the right or ability of Medical Group to carry out the terms hereof.
Capacity to Contract. The Client represents and warrants full legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by this Agreement.
Capacity to Contract. Upon request Contractor will provide Court with valid proof of his/her/its standing to perform said services within these jurisdictions.
Capacity to Contract. If you are an individual, you represent that you are over 21 years of age and have the capacity to execute, deliver and perform this Subscription Agreement and the Note Purchase Agreement. If you are not an individual, you represent and warrant that you are a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust or unincorporated organization, and were not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Notes.
Capacity to Contract. (Public Act 90-0572) The Consultant certifies that the Corporation's certificate of Authority to do business in Illinois, is in good standing with the Secretary of State's Office.
Capacity to Contract. These Services are available only to individuals or entities that can form legally binding contracts. Without limiting the foregoing, neither minors in any jurisdiction nor individuals who have been suspended from the Services may participate in IronPlanet’s Services.

If the Client is signing on behalf of others, the Client represents that the persons or entities on whose behalf the Client is signing is authorized to enter into this Agreement and the Client is duly authorized to sign the Agreement and make representations herein in the name and on behalf of such other persons or entities.
