Capacity to Contract. If the undersigned is an individual, he or she represents that he or she is over 21 years of age and has the capacity to execute, deliver and perform this Subscription Agreement.
Capacity to Contract. Manager has the capacity and authority to fulfill the obligations required of it hereunder and, to the best of Manager’s knowledge and belief, nothing prohibits or restricts the right or ability of Manager to carry out the terms hereof; and

If you are not an individual, you represent and warrant that you are a corporation, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust or unincorporated organization, and were not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Shares.

The Customer also represents that no one except the Customer has an interest in the Account(s) of the Customer with the Broker.
Capacity to Contract. Contractor represents that he/she/it is lawfully authorized to enter into this Agreement and legally perform the contracted services pursuant to the laws of the State of California and of the United States. Upon request Contractor will provide Court with valid proof of his/her/its standing to perform said services within these jurisdictions.
Capacity to Contract. The parties who enter into a contract must have the capacity to do so ‘Capacity’ means competence of the parties to enter into a valid contract. According to Sec. 10, an agreement becomes a contract if it is entered into between the parties who are competent to contract. Thus Sec. 11 declares the following person to be incompetent to contract.
