- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes as a condition of employment shall be eligible to participate in the Employer's Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursement Program. Such program shall provide up to $200.00 every two years for the purchase or repair of said shoes. Employees shall be required to submit adequate proof of purchase or repair before reimbursements are made.
