Safety Shoes means foot protection that complies with the requirements of Cal/OSHA – Title 8, Subchapter 7, Group 2, Article 10, §3385 Foot Protection.
Safety Shoes. All Employees after one (1) year seniority who are required to wear safety foot wear will be reimbursed, with receipt, up to $100.00 per calendar year. Safety Shoes. All Employees will furnish and wear safety shoes at all times. Hard Hats: All Employees will furnish and wear their own OSHA-approved hard hats at all times. Safety Shoes. Employees are eligible for a reimbursement of fifty dollars ($50.00) for one pair of safety shoes each fiscal year. For employees working in and holding the following classifications; 81-G, 149-H, 61-C, fifty dollars ($50.00) (up to two pairs each fiscal year) will be reimbursed for each pair of safety shoes purchased. For employees working and holding the following classifications; 34-K, 37-K, 39-K 49-K, 52-K, 53-K, 84E -K, and 070-J, one hundred and fifty dollars (150.00), will be reimbursed for one pair of safety shoes each fiscal year. To be eligible for reimbursement an employee must purchase a new pair of safety shoes and present the receipt for such purchase to the Plant Safety Department.
