In addition, students are required to make satisfactory progress toward graduation. At any time that a student is seen to be in academic danger, they may be required to meet with an academic coach or advisor. ROOMMATEREQUESTS Roommaterequestsare honoredwhenboth parties mutually request eachother and bothparties completethe application/licensing agreement’sfinancial obligations. Both parties whether both students are SGSC or one student is a VSU student both on the application have to request each other and are required to provide each other’s student ID# to be assigned. All requests are not guaranteed. If requesting a VSU student they have to reside where the SGSC Entry Program students reside. VSU Housing have to approve their student as well to be roomed with SGSC. These financial obligations include either paying theapplication fee or completingthe financial aid process. This contract creates a financial obligation to housing fees for both the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. Exit counseling prepares students for repayment. Students must do the exit counseling in its entirety, with complete and correct information; otherwise the degree, diploma, and official transcripts will be withheld. To complete the exit interview online, go to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and click on Exit Counseling. Repayment of Federal Funds. Students receiving federal financial aid, who withdraw from the College or stop attending all classes during a term before more than 60% of the term has elapsed, are subject to specific federal regulations. The amount of Title IV aid that you must repay is determined by the federal formula for return of Title IV funds as speci- fied in Section 484B of the Higher Education Act. The amount of Title IV aid that you earned during the term before you withdrew is calculated by multiplying the total aid for which you qualified by the percentage of time in the term that you were enrolled (college work-study not included). Your disbursement or repayment owed: • If less aid was disbursed to you than you earned, you may receive a late disbursement for the difference. • If more aid was disbursed to you than you earned, you will be billed for the amount you owe to the Title IV programs and any amount due to the College resulting from the return of Title IV funds used to cover College charges. Cambridge College will return the unearned aid to Title IV programs as specified by law. Students who have received federal student financial aid funds are entitled to a refund of any moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds (see below).

  • How to cancel If You want to cancel this Agreement You must give Us written notice. You must also return to Us any advance and any other property received by You under the Agreement.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Right of Review Once Lessor shall have finally determined said Operating, Utility and Energy or Real Estate Tax Costs at the expiration of a Lease Year, then as to the item so established, Lessee shall only be entitled to dispute said charge as finally established for a period of six (6) months after such charge is finally established, and Lessee specifically waives any right to dispute any such charge at the expiration of said six (6) month period.
