Meal Plan. The Student who resides in a university residence hall is required to purchase a full residential dining plan (commuter plans are not acceptable). The Student who resides in Bobcat Village may choose either a residential or a commuter plan, but is not obligated to make a dining plan purchase due to availability of kitchen in each apartment unit.

Meal Plan. 18. Residents are required to purchase a meal plan for both semesters. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/xxxx for details on meal plan rates. Residents may contract for a meal plan of a higher value than stipulated in the fee schedule.

Meal Plan. I understand that I am not required, as a condition of living in on-campus student housing, to purchase an on-campus board (meal) plan. Meal Plan. All students who live in University Residence Halls and apartments are required to participate in the meal plan. The type of meal plan and cost per semester are based on the type of housing unit in which you live. Meal Plan. All students residing in a North Campus residence hall must be on the University meal plan as a condition of occupancy. Students with medical issues who cannot meet this requirement may request a meal waiver by contacting the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services or set a meeting with the executive chef to develop a personalized menu for the student based on his/her dietary needs. Vehicles. Washing vehicles and performing mechanical work on the Premises or Common Areas is prohibited unless special areas are designated in Landlord's sole discretion. Parking of racecars, junk cars or storage of any vehicle that is not operable is prohibited. Parking of boats, recreational or commercial vehicles in other than designated parking areas is prohibited.
Meal Plan a. Each student residing in a residence hall is required to maintain a residential meal plan through RU Express/Dining Services. Students residing in university owned or operated apartments are required to maintain a specialized meal plan through RU Express/Dining Services.
Meal Plan. I agree that a meal plan provided by the College is mandatory and that no refunds will be issued for missed meals. I acknowledge and agree that meat may not be served in the cafeteria on Ash Wednesday or Good Friday, and that no meals will be served over the Christmas holidays. I also agree that the Dining Hall will operate on reduced hours during the College’s Reading Week and exam periods. I agree that the Xxxx of Students’ Office will make every effort to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions I may have; however I agree that this may not always possible. I also agree that it is my responsibility to discuss any allergies or dietary restrictions with the Xxxx of Students’ Office prior to finalizing my acceptance of residence. I agree that I may upgrade or downgrade my meal plan up to September 30, 2022. After September 30, 2022 I agree that will only be permitted to upgrade my meal plan and my meal plan fees will not be pro-rated.
Meal Plan. For all University Apartments the meal plan is optional so long as the resident lives in a University residence during the course of the academic year and is in compliance with the terms of this RLA. For all Residence Halls, residents are required to purchase a 10, 12, 14, or 19 meal plan. Each meal plan includes a corresponding number of “Panther Bucks” each semester which can be used at various on-campus eating establishments. Panther Bucks terminate at the end of each semester and are not refundable if they are not used by the end of the semester. The meal plan begins on August 21, 2019 and terminates on May 23, 2020. Residents who sign up for the following summer or 12-month license term are responsible for all meals after that date until the board plan begins again on August 26, 2020 (if resident will be a resident of the Residence Halls in Fall 2020). Notwithstanding the fact that the Residence Hall resident may move to a University Apartment or that this RLA may be terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein, the Residence Hall resident will be liable for the meal plan rate for the entire term of the RLA; provided, however, December graduates, residents who will be studying abroad or residents released from the License Agreement prior to the end of the term of this agreement, may be released from liability for the meal plan rate. The meal plan is not available during University student holidays or xxxxxxx.
