Right of Examination. Switzerland, as well as any third party appointed by it, shall have the right to visit the Project, conduct a comprehensive assessment or evaluation, and shall be granted full access to all documents and information related to the Project settled by this Project Agreement, during its implementation and ten years after the end of the project as defined in art. 23.2 of this Project Agreement. The NCU shall, upon request, ensure that the above mentioned authorised representatives are accompanied by the relevant personnel and are provided with the necessary assistance. Requests under this article shall be sent at least two weeks before planned visit.
Right of Examination. An executed counterpart of this Agreement shall be deposited with the Company at its registered office in the City of Wilmington, Delaware. This Agreement shall be subject to the right of examination by a stockholder of the Company, in person or by agent or attorney, as provided by law, and shall be subject to examination by any holder of a beneficial interest in the voting trust created by this Agreement, either in person or by agent or attorney, at any reasonable time for any proper purpose.

The NCU shall, upon request, ensure that the representatives of Switzerland, as well as any third party appointed by it, are accompanied by the relevant personnel and are provided with the necessary assistance.
Right of Examination. The faculty member shall have the right to examine and to reproduce at their own cost any document in any of their own personnel files at any time during normal business hours and to file a statement in response to any item placed in his file, provided, however, that any letters of recommendation solicited confidentially in connection with their initial appointment shall not be available to the faculty member. A designated member of the Association, having written authorization from the faculty member concerned, and in the presence of a representative of the University, may examine any personnel files of that faculty member, except for the limitation provided in the preceding paragraph, if the examination relates to a filed grievance in preparation, or a written charge or charges preferred against the faculty member by the University.
Right of Examination. If any claim disputing the existence of Artist's incapacity is made by either party, Producer shall have the right to have Artist examined by such physicians as Producer may designate. Artist's own physician may be present at such examinations at Artist's sole cost and expense, provided Artist's physician shall not interfere with any such examination.
