Common use of Right of Examination Clause in Contracts

Right of Examination. Both COMPANY and CUSTOMER shall have the right to examine at any reasonable time the books, records and charts of the other to the extent necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement, chart or computation made under or pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement.

Both COMPANY Company and CUSTOMER Customer shall have the right to examine examine, at any reasonable time time, the books, records records, charts and charts any operating data of the other to the extent reasonably necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement, chart or computation made under or pursuant to the provisions of the Agreementthis Contract. All books, records and charts related to any statement, charge or computation made hereunder shall be retained and available for review or inspection for a period of two years.
