RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT. Unless this agreement or any agreement or arrangement of which this agreement forms part is a non-notifiable agreement for the purposes of section 27A of the Restrictive Trade Practices Xxx 0000, if there is a provision of this agreement, or of any such agreement or arrangement, which causes or would cause this agreement or any such agreement or arrangement to be subject to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Xxx 0000, that provision shall not take effect until the day after the day upon which particulars of this agreement (or of that agreement or arrangement, as the case may be) have been furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading pursuant to section 24 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and if the agreement (or any other such agreement or arrangement) is subject to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 the parties shall co-operate in good faith in order to carry out such registration as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of this agreement and in any event within three months of the date of this agreement.
RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT. No provision of this Agreement or any other agreement forming part of the same arrangement which is such as to render the agreement or arrangement subject to registration in accordance with the Restrictive Trade Practice Act of 1976 shall take effect until the day following the day on which the particulars of the arrangement are duly furnished to the Director General of the Fair Trading in accordance with that Act.
RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT. Unless this Agreement is a non-notifiable agreement pursuant to Section 27A of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (the “RTPA”) or Schedule 13, Paragraph 5 of the Competition Axx 0000, to the extent that any provision of this Agreement, or any other arrangement of which it forms part, is a restriction or information provision for the purposes of the RTPA by virtue of which this Agreement or any such arrangement is registrable under the RTPA, no such restriction or provision shall take effect until the day after particulars of this Agreement or, as the case may be, that arrangement, have been furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading in accordance with the RTPA.
RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT. 1996 ------------------------------------ The parties agree that no provision of this Agreement (or any other agreement which, together with this Agreement may form part of an arrangement for the purposes of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (the "RTPA"), by virtue of which this Agreement is subject to registration under the RTPA, shall take effect until the day after particulars of the arrangements have been furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the RTPA.
