Restricted advice. 2.1 We offer investment advice on a restricted and non-independent basis. Restricted and non- independent advice means that, whilst we may consider a wide range of products (including Deutsche Bank Group products) when recommending suitable Investments in the relevant market to you, we only review and analyse available products offered by a limited number of issuers or providers selected by us. In addition, we will only consider a selected range of products when making recommendations, which may not include all the products offered by those companies. Notwithstanding this, in every instance we are still required to ensure that we are not biased and to act in your best interests without regard to any conflict of interest or material interest we may have as disclosed in this Agreement or otherwise. We will only recommend products which we consider meet your specific investment needs and objectives.

Restricted advice. The Investment Manager’s advice on retail investment products (as that term is defined in the FCA Rules) will be unbiased, but is categorised by the FCA as restricted advice in that the Investment Manager does not advise on pension products and life policies. The Investment Manager does otherwise provide advice in relation to a wide range of retail investment products and is not tied to any particular product providers.
Restricted advice. CGWIL does not provide advice in respect of pensions or life insurance products, however we advise all our clients on investments with complete impartiality as we are not tied to any particular product providers.

As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must use appropriate safeguards to protect this sensitive personal information. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.

  • Protecting Your Personal Information In addition to protecting your access codes, you should also take precautions to protect your personal identification information, such as your driver’s license, Social Security number, or tax identification number. This information by itself or together with account information may allow unauthorized access to your accounts. You should treat personal information with the same level of care that you would for your account information.   • HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 8.1 We will use the personal information You provide to Us to:

  • Compelled Disclosure of Confidential Information Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, the Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information pursuant to any governmental, judicial, or administrative order, subpoena, discovery request, regulatory request or similar method, provided that the Receiving Party promptly notifies, to the extent practicable, the Disclosing Party in writing of such demand for disclosure so that the Disclosing Party, at its sole expense, may seek to make such disclosure subject to a protective order or other appropriate remedy to preserve the confidentiality of the Confidential Information; provided in the case of a broad regulatory request with respect to the Receiving Party’s business (not targeted at Disclosing Party), the Receiving Party may promptly comply with such request provided the Receiving Party give (if permitted by such regulator) the Disclosing Party prompt notice of such disclosure. The Receiving Party agrees that it shall not oppose and shall cooperate with efforts by, to the extent practicable, the Disclosing Party with respect to any such request for a protective order or other relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Disclosing Party is unable to obtain or does not seek a protective order and the Receiving Party is legally requested or required to disclose such Confidential Information, disclosure of such Confidential Information may be made without liability.

  • Processing of Company Personal Data 2.1 Processor shall:

  • CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ‌ 35 Provider shall protect all Personal Information, records and data from unauthorized disclosure 36 in accordance with 42 CFR §431.300 through §431.307, RCWs 70.02, 71.05, 71.34 and for 37 individuals receiving SUD services, in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2 and WAC 388-877B. 38 Provider shall have a process in place to ensure all components of its provider network and 39 system understand and comply with confidentiality requirements for publicly funded 40 behavioral health services. Pursuant to 42 CFR §431.301 and §431.302, personal information 41 concerning applicants and recipients may be disclosed for purposes directly connected with 42 the administration of this Contract and the State Medicaid Plan. Provider shall read and 43 comply with all HIPAA policies.

  • Proprietary or Confidential Information of City Contractor understands and agrees that, in the performance of the work or services under this Agreement or in contemplation thereof, Contractor may have access to private or confidential information which may be owned or controlled by City and that such information may contain proprietary or confidential details, the disclosure of which to third parties may be damaging to City. Contractor agrees that all information disclosed by City to Contractor shall be held in confidence and used only in performance of the Agreement. Contractor shall exercise the same standard of care to protect such information as a reasonably prudent contractor would use to protect its own proprietary data.

  • Full information You must give us any information we reasonably require for the purposes of this contract. The information must be correct, and you must not mislead or deceive us in relation to any information provided to us.
