Common use of Reports of Accidents Clause in Contracts

Reports of Accidents. Owner and Customer will immediately provide written notice to each other of all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to employees or third parties, or damage to property arising out of or during the course of the performance under this Agreement and, as soon as practical, will furnish each other with a copy of all reports made by any insurance underwriter or reports to others of such accidents or occurrences.
