Common use of Reports of Accidents Clause in Contracts

Reports of Accidents. Owner and Customer will immediately provide written notice to each other of all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to employees or third parties, or damage to property arising out of or during the course of the performance under this Agreement and, as soon as practical, will furnish each other with a copy of all reports made by any insurance underwriter or reports to others of such accidents or occurrences.

Owner and Customer will immediately provide written notice to each other Operator of all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to Customer employees or third parties, or damage to property arising out of or during the course of the performance of Customer or of any subcontractor of Customer under this Agreement and, as soon as practical, will furnish each other Operator with a copy of all reports made by any insurance Customer or Customer’s underwriter or reports to others of such accidents or occurrences.
