Rental Term and Fees. The Renter is permitted to rent the Rental Equipment for a period not to exceed twenty (20) days at a rate of $10.00 per day for a total amount of $200.00. The Renter shall return the Rental Equipment no later than the Return Date indicated above, but may do so earlier to avoid additional daily charges. Rental Fees are non-refundable and due on the date the Rental Equipment is returned.

Rental Term and Fees. The right to use the Hardware is limited to a period of time mutually agreed by SISW and Customer in the Order. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the Order, the Rental term begins on the day of delivery of the rented Hardware to Customer. The Rental term is renewable by mutual agreement of the parties for an additional limited term or terms following expiration of the initial Rental term, to be agreed upon in a separate Order for this renewal. Upon expiration of the initial term or any renewal term, if applicable, or upon termination pursuant to these Hardware Terms or the Agreement or any specific Rental in accordance with Section 7.9 of these Hardware Terms, the right to use the Hardware will terminate and Customer must cease any further use of the rented Hardware thereafter and immediately return the rented Hardware to the originating SISW facility. Rental fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable and will be invoiced as specified by the parties in the Order.

  • RENTAL TERM The initial term of this Lease shall be for the period defined as the Rental Term in Section 1.01(K), plus the partial calendar month, if any, occurring after the Rental Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) if the Rental Commencement Date occurs other than on the first day of a calendar month.   • RENTAL TERMS With respect to the terms of the rental:

  • Renewal Term If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end of the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods, provided such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by the Fund’s Board of Trustees or (ii) by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the relevant portfolio of the Fund, provided that in either event the continuance is also approved by the majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of any party to this Agreement by vote cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval. If a plan under Rule 12b-1 of the 1940 Act is in effect, continuance of the plan and this Agreement must be approved at least annually by a majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) and have no financial interest in the operation of such plan or in any agreements related to such plan, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

  • Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.

  • Extended Term Tenant shall have the option to extend the Term for two (2) consecutive five (5) year periods (the "FIRST EXTENDED TERM" and "SECOND EXTENDED TERM", respectively) on all the terms and conditions contained in this Lease including, without limitation, continuation of the adjustment of the Base Rent on an annual basis as provided in Section 3.3 below (provided only that upon commencement of the First Extended Term the only remaining option to extend the Term shall be the Second Extended Term and upon exercise of the option with respect to the Second Extended Term, no further right to extend the Term shall exist). In the event Tenant fails to deliver the applicable Option Notice within the time allowed, Landlord shall deliver written notice to Tenant of Tenant's failure to deliver the Option Notice, and Tenant shall then have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice within which to deliver the Option Notice, if at all, to Landlord. In the event (and only in the event) that, Tenant fails to deliver an Option Notice to Landlord within such thirty (30) days, Tenant shall be considered to have elected not to extend the Term of this Lease and thereafter, Tenant shall have no further right to extend the Term of this Lease. References in this Lease to the "Term" shall include the initial Term of fifteen (15) years and shall, in addition, include the First Extended Term and the Second Extended Term, if applicable.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Vacating at End of Term; Renewal This Agreement does not automatically renew, and Owner is not obligated to renew it. Owner reserves the right to contract with others for the premises at any time, for occupancy commencing after the End Date. The parties mutually agree that Resident’s tenancy and right of occupancy will end automatically on the End Date and that this provision constitutes notice of termination on the End Date. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Resident will immediately vacate and relinquish the bedroom space and entire apartment, and all of Owner’s fixtures, in a clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash. Resident will pay all utility and service bills to the bedroom space and apartment (except those provided by Owner as specified above) and cancel all utility accounts in the name of Resident. Resident will return to Owner all keys issued to Resident by Owner. If all keys issued to Resident are not returned promptly to Owner, Resident will pay all costs associated with re-keying or reprogramming locks for the bedroom space and/or apartment, along with the cost of key replacement. If Resident fails to vacate the bedroom space and apartment by the end of the Term or upon earlier termination of the Agreement, Resident will pay an administrative fee in the amount of $300.00 plus agreed holdover charges equal to three (3) times the daily pro- rated housing charges during the Term (but not more than the amount provided by law), plus associated expenses, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. In no event after termination or expiration of this Agreement will it be deemed to be renewed or extended.

  • Rental Assistance Payments and Overpayment The right of the Owner to receive payments under this Contract shall be subject to compliance with this Contract’s provisions. The Owner agrees that, absent written notice to the Program Administrator and return of the Rental Assistance Payment, acceptance of the Rental Assistance Payment shall be conclusive evidence that the Owner received the full amount due. Throughout the term of this Contract, Owner agrees to waive any late fees associated with the Rental Assistance Payment, provided that such payment is issued by the Program Administrator by the agreed upon date. Owner/Representative Initials: If the Program Administrator determines that the Owner was not entitled to any payments received, in addition to other remedies, the Program Administrator may require Owner to refund any overpayment to the Program Administrator.

  • Minimum Rent The defined term “Minimum Rent” set forth in Section 1.66 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
