The 'Rentable Square Footage' clause defines how the total area of a leased property is measured for the purposes of calculating rent and other charges. Typically, this includes not only the tenant's usable space but also a proportionate share of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. By establishing a clear method for determining the rentable area, this clause ensures transparency in rent calculations and helps prevent disputes over the amount of space for which the tenant is financially responsible.
Rentable Square Footage. Is the calculated useable square footage plus a percentage of the common area of the Building. The total of the two equal rentable square footage. Formula:

Rentable Square Footage. The rentable square footage of the Premises is deemed to be 70,107 square feet, measured utilizing a modified Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standard (revised 1996) as determined and applied by Landlord's architects (the “modified BOMA 1996 standard”). Tenant and Landlord agree that the square footage of the Premises will not be remeasured.
Rentable Square Footage. Landlord and Tenant agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Demised Premises has been determined by measurements made to and from the outside of exterior walls and to and from the center of party walls plus a portion of the Common Areas of the Building.

Rentable Square Footage. The term "Rentable Square Footage" (or "Rentable Square Foot" or "Rentable Square Feet") means the agreed-upon rentable square footage of the Premises, the Expansion Premises or the Building, as the case may be, as set forth in this Lease and as determined in accordance with Building Owners and Managers Association standard method of measurement (ANSI Z65.I-1996) and, with respect to full floors, adjusted based on a load factor determined by Landlord's architect and approved by Tenant.
Rentable Square Footage of the Lease is revised to provide that the RSF of the Premises is changed from 340,449 RSF to 331,378 RSF.
Rentable Square Footage. Rentable Square Footage for the Building shall mean a total of 67,560 square feet, calculated as shown on the floor plan for the Building attached hereto as Exhibit I. The Rentable Square Footage for the Premises is also as calculated and shown on Exhibit I, including a pro rata portion of the Breakroom as set forth on Exhibit I.
