Referred Participating Teacher (RPT). 22.3.2.1 A Referred Participating Teacher is a unit member with permanent status who receives assistance to improve his/her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his/her performance as a result of an unsatisfactory March 1 evaluation.

Referred Participating Teacher (RPT). 19 a. The purpose of participation in the PAR program is to help veteran 20 teachers in need of development in subject matter knowledge or teaching 21 strategies or both. Permanent unit members shall be required to participate in 22 the PAR program as a result of an unsatisfactory in any part of Sections I or II of 23 the BCSD Teacher Final Evaluation Form.
Referred Participating Teacher (RPT). Each Referred Participating Teacher understands that the PAR Program in an integral part of the teacher evaluation process and is intended to assist that teacher to improve his/her instruction sufficiently to achieve a satisfactory evaluation within one year. To this end, RPT’s will agree to use good faith in their work with the Consulting Teacher and understand that the Consulting Teacher will be speaking with the principal and will submit a written report which may be placed in the RPT’s personnel file. RPT’s understand that once they have been found unsatisfactory in the areas of instructional/content knowledge or instructional strategies, they will be placed in the PAR Program. Once identified, they may submit to the committee a prioritized list from the list of Consulting Teachers. They understand that they will have some input as to the specific goals and objectives they will need to accomplish and the timelines for accomplishing them. They understand that state content standard achievement by their students should be part of their Improvement Plans.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx.   • PARTICIPATION, CONTRACT ACCESS, AND PARTICIPATING ENTITY REQUIREMENTS A. PARTICIPATION. Sourcewell’s cooperative contracts are available and open to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada; such as federal, state/province, municipal, K-12 and higher education, tribal government, and other public entities. The benefits of this Contract should be available to all Participating Entities that can legally access the Equipment, Products, or Services under this Contract. A Participating Entity’s authority to access this Contract is determined through its cooperative purchasing, interlocal, or joint powers laws. Any entity accessing benefits of this Contract will be considered a Service Member of Sourcewell during such time of access. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Contract is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience and Participating Entities reserve the right to obtain like Equipment, Products, or Services from any other source. Supplier is responsible for familiarizing its sales and service forces with Sourcewell contract use eligibility requirements and documentation and will encourage potential participating entities to join Sourcewell. Sourcewell reserves the right to add and remove Participating Entities to its roster during the term of this Contract.

  • Consulting Teachers a. A Consulting Teacher is a teacher who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher pursuant to the Peer Assistance and Review Program. The following shall constitute minimum qualifications for the Consulting Teacher:
