Purpose of Restrictions. The purpose of these restrictions is to insure the use of the property within the Corporation for residential purposes, to prevent nuisances, to prevent the impairment of the attractiveness of the property, to preserve property values, and to thereby secure to each Member the full benefit and enjoyment of his/her home.
Purpose of Restrictions. It is agreed by the Employee and the ----------------------- Company that the restrictions contained in Subsection (a) above are reasonable and necessary to protect the confidentiality of the customer lists and trade secrets, and other confidential information concerning the Company, acquired by the Employee.
Purpose of Restrictions. Mortgage loans or equity lines of credit junior in lien priority to the City deed of trust are not permitted. Therefore, the Employee has agreed, both during and after his/her employment and after the Termination Date (which means the date on which the Employee’s employment terminates), to certain restrictions, which the Employee agrees are reasonably necessary to protect the Company’s legitimate business interests, including its Confidential Information, business relationships and stable workforce. The purpose of these Restrictions is to ----------------------- insure proper development and use of the Property as an office/warehouse/distribution/manufacturing park, to protect the Owner of each parcel against any improper development and use of surrounding parcels as will depreciate the value of any parcel, to prevent the erection on the Property of structures built of improper design or materials, to encourage the erection of appropriate improvements at appropriate locations, to prevent haphazard and inharmonious improvements, to secure and maintain proper setbacks from streets and adequate free spaces between structures, to enhance and protect the value, desirability and attractiveness of all the Property, and in general to provide adequately for a high type and quality of improvement of the Property in accordance with a uniform plan of development.
Purpose of Restrictions. The purpose of this Declaration and the ----------------------- Restrictions is to insure the development and use of the Property (and each and every Parcel) in accordance with the requirements and criteria in this Declaration; to protect all Owners and tenants of Owners against construction, development, and use that does not conform to the requirements of this Declaration; to encourage the erection of attractive Improvements at appropriate locations; to control the use of the Property and each Parcel; and, in general, to insure and provide for high quality Improvements of the Property.
Purpose of Restrictions. Executive acknowledges that Executive is employed as executive or management personnel, and in this executive or management position, Executive will have access to, and will be provided with, Trade Secrets to assist Executive in the course and scope of Executive’s duties. Executive further acknowledges and agrees that the Trade Secrets constitute trade secrets of the Company and Related Companies, and that the Company has a reasonable, necessary and legitimate business interest in protecting its own and the and Related Companies’ Trade Secrets, and that the terms and conditions of the non-solicitation and non-competition provisions contained in this Section are reasonable and necessary to protect such Trade Secrets.
Purpose of Restrictions. I understand that the non-competition obligation in this Agreement is not meant to prevent me from earning a living or pursuing my career. Its purpose is to prevent any Competitive Business from gaining any unfair advantage from my knowledge of Confidential Information or my use of First Wind’s good will. I further acknowledge and agree that the time, geographic and scope limitations of my obligation are reasonable and necessary to protect First Wind’s Confidential Information and good will, and that based on my education, training and background I will not be precluded from gainful employment and will be able to maintain an adequate standard of living if I comply with that obligation during the period and within the Territory described above. If I become unemployed subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, I will diligently pursue other employment opportunities that are consistent with my obligations under this Agreement and with my general skills and interests.

The purpose of these Restrictions is to insure proper development and use of the Property, to protect the Owner of each Lot against such improper development and use of surrounding parcels as will depreciate the value of his parcel, to prevent the erection on the Property of structures built of improper design or materials, to encourage the erection of attractive Improvements at appropriate locations, to prevent haphazard end inharmonious Improvements, to secure and maintain proper setbacks from streets and adequate free spaces between structures, to provide for proper and sufficient care and maintenance of the Property and the Improvements and Landscape Improvements thereon, and in general to provide adequately for a high type and quality of improvement, use and maintenance of the Property in accordance with a general plan.
Purpose of Restrictions. The County and Owner agree that the requirements of this Section 17 are necessary to ensure the continued affordability of the Home to Owner and to minimize the risk of loss of the Home by Owner through default and foreclosure of mortgage loans. Owner further acknowledges that violation of the provisions of this Section 17 shall constitute a Default under this Resale Restriction.
