City Deed of Trust definition

City Deed of Trust has the meaning set forth in Paragraph D of the Recitals.

City Deed of Trust means a deed of trust securing the City Note and other obligations of Developer hereunder substantially in the form of Attachment No. 8 hereto.

• The Owner acknowledges that the City shall have no obligation to cause reconveyance of this Agreement or of the City Deed of Trust until the Excess Sales Proceeds are paid to the City.

More Definitions of City Deed of Trust

City Deed of Trust refers collectively to the two deeds of trust securing the City Loan, to be recorded upon the occurrence of the Closing, subordinate to the deed of trust securing any Senior Loan, substantially in the forms attached to this Agreement as Attachment Nos. 9A and 9B.

City Deed of Trust means the First Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (With Assignment of Rents), in which Borrower is the Trustor and City is the Beneficiary, which secures the City Loan and the City Loan Promissory Note, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 3. The City Deed of Trust shall include covenants burdening the Property and running with the land binding Borrower and its successors and assigns to the performance of all obligations of Borrower set forth in the PSA, the Settlement Agreement and this Agreement.

City Deed of Trust means the Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents given for the benefit of the Vallejo Housing Authority in connection with the City Loan (as modified by the Modification of Deed of Trust between the Borrower and the Vallejo Housing Authority).

City Deed of Trust means the deed of trust that will encumber the Developer's fee interest in the Property to secure repayment of the City Note, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

City Deed of Trust shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the seventh recital to this Loan Agreement. “City Loan” shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the seventh recital to this Loan Agreement.

City Deed of Trust means the Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing dated as of May , 2019 made by the Borrower for the benefit of the City

City Deed of Trust means that certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof, executed by Maker as Trustor for the benefit of the City and recorded against the Property to secure repayment of this City Note and performance under the Property Restriction Agreement, as such instruments may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
