Good Will. Any and all good will which the Participant develops during his or her relationship with the Company with any of the customers, prospective customers, subcontractors or suppliers of the Company shall be the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the Company, and shall continue to be such after termination of the Participant’s relationship with the Company, howsoever caused.
Good Will. Licensee recognizes the great value of the publicity and good will associated with the Licensed Property and acknowledges: (i) such good will is exclusively that of Licensor; and (ii) that the Licensed Property has acquired a secondary meaning as Licensor's trademarks and/or identifications in the mind of the purchasing public. Licensee further recognizes and acknowledges that a breach by Licensee of any of its covenants, agreements or undertakings hereunder will cause Licensor irreparable damage, which cannot be readily remedied in damages in an action at law, and may, in addition thereto, constitute an infringement of Licensor's copyrights, trademarks and/other proprietary rights in, and to the Licensed Property, thereby entitling Licensor to equitable remedies, and costs.
Good Will. LICENSEE recognizes the value of the good will associated with the Trademarks and acknowledges that the Trademarks and all rights therein including the good will pertaining thereto, belong exclusively to LICENSOR.
Good Will. You will use reasonable efforts to protect, maintain and promote the name “Days Inn” and its distinguishing characteristics, and the other Marks. You will not permit or allow your officers, directors, principals, employees, representatives, or guests of the Facility to engage in conduct which is unlawful or damaging to the good will or public image of the Chain or System. You will participate in Chain-wide guest service and satisfaction guaranty programs we require in good faith for all Chain Facilities. You will follow Territory System Standards for identification of the Facility and for you to avoid confusion on the part of guests, creditors, lenders, investors and the public as to your ownership and operation of the Facility, and the identity of your owners.
Good Will. Any and all good will which Employee develops during Employee’s employment with any Customer shall be the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Employer, and shall continue to be such after termination of Employee’s employment, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary.

Any and all good will which the Award Recipient develops during his or her relationship with the Company with any of the customers, prospective customers, subcontractors or suppliers of the Company shall be the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the Company, and shall continue to be such after termination of the Award Recipient’s relationship with the Company, howsoever caused.
Good Will. 16.1 Licensee recognizes the great value of the good will associated with the Licensed Marks and acknowledges that the Licensed Marks are distinct and all rights therein and good will pertaining thereto belong exclusively to Licensor, and that the Licensed Marks have a secondary meaning in the mind of the public.
Good Will. Any and all good will which the Participant develops during the Participant’s relationship with Avaya with any of the customers, prospective customers, subcontractors or suppliers of Avaya shall be the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Avaya, and shall continue to be such after the Participant’s Termination, howsoever caused.
Good Will. Licensee recognizes that there exists great value and good will associated with the Name, and acknowledges that the Name and all rights therein and good will pertaining thereto belong exclusively to Licensor, and that the Name has a secondary meaning in the mind of the public.
Good Will. Good Will is Innovex's valuable Customer, Vendor and other industry relationships which it is the responsibility of the Employee and other Innovex employees to maintain, develop, nurture, improve and expand in connection with the products and services provided to said Customers by Innovex or purchased from said Vendors.
