Public Holidays on Day Off a) When any of the named public holidays fall on an Employee’s scheduled day off, which is other than Saturday or Sunday, the Employee shall receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer, which shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Holidays on Day Off When any of the above-noted holidays fall on an employee’s scheduled day off, the employee shall receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the employee and the Board.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:

  • Holidays on Saturday or Sunday When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
