PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 The purpose of the Collective Agreement is to encourage and maintain harmonious relations between the University, the Union and the Instructors through the establishment of a well ordered process of collective bargaining and through efficient resolution of arising conflicts.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The purpose of this Collective Agreement is to establish orderly dealings between the Parties, to promote good labour relations between the Employer and Union members and establish working conditions to promote safety, well-being and satisfaction at work. The purpose of this Agreement is also to promote cordial dealings and collaboration between the Employer and the Union. It is with this intention of good faith that the Parties have signed this Agreement to establish mutually agreed working conditions. It is in this same spirit that the Parties acknowledge that they work in an ever-changing industry. The Parties are collaborating to adapt quickly to these changes to implement the mandate of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC)/Radio-Canada pursuant to the Broadcasting Act.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of employment for Employees in certain retail banking branches of the Employer, relating to hours of work, rates of pay, benefits, and other working conditions and provides a means for settling disputes.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The purpose of this agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Ottawa Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx International Airport Authority (the OMCIAA, Employer), the Ottawa Airport Professional Aviation Fire Fighters Association (The Association), and the employees, and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining.
