All moveable office furniture, chairs, trash receptacles and easily moveable items shall be moved in order to vacuum underneath the carpets and rugs, and shall be returned to their proper positions when the carpet and rug maintenance operations have been completed. All tears, burns and raveling shall be brought to the attention of the Facility Manager.
