Public Areas. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease, Landlord may control and operate the public portions of the Building, and the public facilities and HVAC, as well as facilities furnished for the common use of the tenants, in such manner as Landlord reasonably deems best for the benefit of the tenants, consistent with Comparable Buildings, provided that such control and operation shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s access to, or use of, the Premises.
